CastleGate Property Development – Virtual Reality Birds-Eye Experience
We were commissioned by Atterbury to create a virtual reality birds-eye experience for the CastleGate property development. The goal of the project was to present the development to the media and public in an immersive way, allowing stakeholders to experience the future scale and layout of the site before construction was completed.
The experience was designed for the Oculus Quest, enabling full 6DOF interaction and exploration of the development environment.

To enhance the experience, we designed a virtual Big Wheel that users could step into. Once inside, the wheel slowly rotated, offering a dynamic aerial perspective of the entire development layout.
